Serendipity wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 14 days for a complete refund or exchange, less the shipping costs. We do not accept returns after 14 days from the receipt of purchase.

Returns and exchanges should be in the original packaging with all the tags in place. Items in other than new condition cannot be exchanged or returned.

You will be issued a RMA number that you will need to include with your returned package. Once we have received your package, we will refund your credit card and notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Exchanges

You will be issued a RMA number that you will need to include with your returned package. Once we have received your items for exchange, we will send your new order and notify you via email once your new product has been shipped. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges.
